    • Within 30 days of delivery: full refund, exchange or store credit. Merchandise must be in new, sellable condition in its original packaging with invoice.

    *Note: Any manufacturing defects can be exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise received within the time frame. We will not accept any returns on merchandise damaged during usage or natural impurities. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered or engraved or exposed to harsh chemicals that can alter the appearance of silver jewelry and gems such as (but not limited to) the ocean, swimming pools, spas, hot tubs and liquid silver polish.

    • No refunds on special orders. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at Refunds and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  If the price is equal or less than the value of exchanged product, no purchase necessary.  If it is more than the item to exchange, then you will have to purchase item and we will refund the original amount.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, usually takes 1-2 business days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

    Restocking Fees

    Any non-defective items that are being returned after 60 days, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
